Lamar Newton - Spring 2021
Company Background:
Rooted here in College Station, the aim of Lip Rip USA and JB3 rods is to bring the custom product level of quality to the mass market in the fishing industry. Since the conception of the business in 2019 we have brought quality lures and rods to the market, and do not plan on stopping anytime soon. As a company, we do everything from design, prototyping, and product testing, all the way to interacting with component suppliers, sales, and going to trade shows and events; we do it all.
Additionally, we do believe in giving back to the fishing and outdoors community by helping in any way we can; this includes sponsoring high school fishing teams, awarding scholarships, doing educational seminars and events, and even simply just taking a kid fishing; we are all about giving back to the sport that has given us so much.
